Now hiring Welder/Fabricator's in Carlisle, PA!

Join a skilled fabrication team building custom flatbed trailers in a fast-paced shop environment. We're looking for experienced welders who can read blueprints, fabricate parts, and perform high-quality MIG welding on heavy steel.

What You'll Do

• Build and fabricate trailers from blueprints

• Perform MIG/flux core welding (vertical welding experience preferred)

• Fabricate, fit, and weld heavy steel components

• Operate plasma cutters, laser cutters, cranes, and material handling equipment

• Work safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of MIG/flux core welding experience

• Strong fabrication and blueprint reading skills

• Ability to accurately use tape measures and shop tools

• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with heavy steel

• TIG welding experience is a plus

• Trade school or Vo-Tech training preferred

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00-10:00

Optional overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $28.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
