Our global team focuses on a diverse set of industries, including financial sponsors, financial institutions, insurance, asset managers, technology, media & telecommunications, energy, power, utilities & renewables, consumer, services, industrials, healthcare, and real estate, gaming, lodging & leisure.Associates within the Strategic Advisory team would be responsible for the following:Financial analysis and modellingDrafting of client presentationsPreparation of memoranda for internal and external useConducting financial and other business-related researchCoordinating complex and time-sensitive processesActive involvement in client facing situationsAssistance in the execution of transactionsParticipation in talent development efforts, including recruitingQualificationsAs a firm, we seek to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and are proven self-starters. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, interests outside of work and a desire to work in a team environment. A strong background in finance, accounting, and alternative investment strategies is required. To be considered for the position, applicants must also meet the following criteria:Bachelor’s Degree2-5 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA degree and 2+ years of investment banking or closely related experienceResume must be in PDF format.Expected annualized base salary of $200,000 to $250,000.This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills and experience.Base salary is one component of PJT Partners’ compensation structure.
