Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of assistance.
Duties:

Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Administer medication reminders
Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records

We have 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts in a day, and night shifts as well.
Skills:

Experience in home care or senior care is preferred
Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus
Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members
Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail in documenting medical information accurately

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
