The COO will be fully committed to onsite leadership, responsible for developing operational systems to support the company's scale, unifying departments, and enhancing cross-functional execution. They will also be tasked with leading manufacturing scale-up and production operations, improving margins, operational efficiency, and vendor management, and driving operational discipline aligned with growth objectives. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have at least 5 years' of experience in a similar role and be prepared to take on a hands-on, day-to-day operational leadership position. The role requires a leader who can build accountability, cadence, and process infrastructure, and who is capable of overseeing practical finance operations with fractional CFO support. The successful candidate will also be involved in supporting hiring and lightweight HR processes, acting as a culture carrier, and serving as the operational right hand to the CEO.
