Store Manager in Training: Retail Leadership Path

Buckle in Madison, WI is seeking a Management Trainee to learn Buckle's operations and develop leadership skills by working closely with the Store Manager. You will participate in sales, merchandising and daily store tasks to prepare for a future Store Manager role. You will help train and motivate Teammates, recruit for the store, and assist with merchandising and store operations, with opportunities to cover other stores within the district. #J-18808-Ljbffr
