Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Perform basic nursing assessments and document care
• Supervise CNAs and assist with resident care as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Follow infection control and safety procedures

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to supervise staff and handle multiple priorities
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist residents

Schedule & Environment

• Full-time, part-time, or PRN; 11p-7a
• No required shifts
• Skilled nursing facility setting
