Team Leader

Team Leader Role Summary The Team Leader is responsible for leading shifts, coaching Team Members, and helping create an environment where both our team and our guests thrive. This role serves as the bridge between Team Members and Directors by leading through example, developing others, and ensuring operational excellence every day. Team Leaders are expected to take ownership, solve problems, and build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork while preparing for future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities Lead daily operations by setting the standard for hospitality, food quality, and execution. Coach and develop Team Members through real‑time feedback and encouragement. Help train and onboard new Team Members. Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Identify and solve operational challenges with urgency. Support Directors by executing daily goals and improving team performance. Build positive relationships with guests and team members. Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a servant's heart. Help create a positive, energetic, and growth‑focused culture. Preferred Experience Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
