What You’ll Need DDS or DMD (accredited program) Active dental license (multi-state a plus) DEA license Strong oral surgery experience (surgical extractions required) Comfort working independently in mobile settings What You’ll Be Doing Perform surgical extractions, biopsies, and infection management Diagnose and treatment plan using digital radiography Provide restorative and limited preventive care as needed Manage emergency and medically necessary procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Deliver care directly to patients in facility settings Bonus Experience (Not Required) AEGD/GPR or advanced surgical training Endodontic experience Experience with medically complex or geriatric patients Compensation & Perks $2,000 – $2,800/day based on production - negotiable Flexible scheduling (PRN-style freedom) CE allowance & ongoing professional development Travel reimbursement (mileage + lodging when applicable)
