Healthcare Recruiter

One of our healthcare clients in Central Florida is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a primarily remote opportunity with occasional onsite requirements throughout the Orlando area. Position Overview The Healthcare Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and allied health positions across the organization. This individual will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and help drive a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through hire. While this is not a sales role, we are seeking someone who is proactive, driven, and eager to grow their career in recruiting and talent acquisition. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and allied healthcare positions Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruiting channels Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers Attend hiring events, career fairs, university recruiting events, and other talent acquisition initiatives Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 6+ months of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently Interest in building a long-term career within recruiting and talent acquisition Ability to attend occasional onsite events in the Orlando area (approximately 1-2 times per month) Schedule: Primarily remote with occasional onsite event attendance Conversion: Opportunity for extension and/or permanent hire Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: W-2 contract Benefits available while on contract This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional looking to gain healthcare recruiting experience and grow within a collaborative talent acquisition team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
