Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00AM-04:30PM What You’ll Do Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Tesla 5S Standardization Guidelines Conduct daily physical and visual audits of assigned areas to ensure 5S standards are consistently met Complete Audit Scorecards and capture photos to document compliance in assigned areas Physically set up new PC Buffer/Supermarket areas, including labeling floors, bins, racks, signage, and clearing debris Prepare tools and materials to assist in maintaining 5S standards, including printing, cutting, gluing, and laminating labels, signage, and documents Collaborate with Inventory Control, Material Flow, Production, and NPI teams to ensure efficient operations Support and adhere to Warehouse Team best practices, and identify discrepancies in materials or components, reporting them to the lead What You’ll Bring Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs.
