Bookkeeper/Data Entry Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm)

• Enter and process accounts payable data in Pinpoint and SAP
• Verify invoices and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile discrepancies and correct data entry errors
• Organize and file accounting documents and reports
• Assist with general bookkeeping and administrative duties

Bookkeeper/Data Entry Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous bookkeeping, accounts payable, or data entry experience preferred
• Proficiency with SAP, Pinpoint, and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
