Physical Therapist – Ambulatory Services | Healthy New Albany Physical Therapy We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation team serving patients with neurologic and orthopedic conditions. The role reports to the clinic manager under the Director of Rehabilitation Services and collaborates with a team of professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the team. Provide a wide variety of treatment techniques to evaluate and treat patients in accordance with state laws and professional standards. Educate and support families and facilitate continuing care planning. Supervise and collaborate with rehab assistants and athletic trainers, and coordinate care with other team members. Participate in quality improvement and outcomes management activities to evaluate and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the State of Ohio. Degree from an accredited institution and completion of all educational and certification requirements established by the profession. Preferred: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Location and Schedule Healthy New Albany (2555) Position type: Regular Scheduled hours: 40 per week Shift: First Shift Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check and may undergo drug screening or a physical exam during the post‑offer process.
