Overview The Scheduler assists practice managers in daily operations of central scheduling unit. Ensures information is obtained regarding the scheduling of physicians on call. Develops templates. Job Details POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
- Develops/manages templates.
• Coordinates doctor's schedules.
• Manages vacation schedule for doctors.
• Processes recall letters.
• Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to promote patient safety and patient satisfaction.
• Assists with additional duties as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of physician office scheduling experience.
