Job Description Corporate Paralegal We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our team in Boston. As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our legal team in various corporate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background with excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing legal documents for corporate activities such as mergers, acquisitions, and IPOs
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on corporate law issues
- Support attorneys in preparing for closings, hearings, and trials
- Maintain and organize corporate records and files
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external parties
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
- Proven experience working as a Corporate Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedures
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
