Assist the management team in building store business and support all service enhancers, including the Concierge. Serve multiple customers simultaneously, multi‑task and handle projects concurrently. Stay informed about fashion trends, new arrivals and product knowledge (fit, color, fashion). Create outfits for customers and suggest items that match their needs. Participate in learning opportunities, accept direction, coaching and feedback to maximize individual performance. Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as client outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards. Complete projects as assigned, including operational tasks such as filling orders, replenishment and recovery. Qualifications Demonstrated selling competence, styling expertise and a love of fashion. Strong ambition, goal orientation and ability to thrive in a team environment. Excellent verbal communication skills and high integrity. Technological competency to navigate computer, iPad or handheld system. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Cooperative ability to work in a diverse setting. Physical ability to climb ladders, move regularly, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, stretch, lift and move at least 40lb. Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.
