Machine Operation Set up,operate, and adjust press brake machinery to produce partsto specification. Select proper tooling,dies, and machine settings based on material type and job requirements. Cut and form components from blueprint specifications and/or work orders torequiredtolerances. Work with steel, aluminum, and various curved or angled parts. Identifymachine requirements for each specific job. Perform routine machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. Quality Assurance Inspect, measure, and verify final parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision tools. Maintainaccurateproduction, waste, and quality records asrequired. Ensure all products meet or exceed quality, output, and safety standards. Safety & Compliance Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Know and adhere to all safety protocols for specific press brake equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working area, including sweeping and removing debris daily. General Responsibilities Package finished parts andpreparematerials for shipment or next production stage. Assistin other areas of manufacturing as needed, including operation of turrets, panel benders, presses, or other machinery upon training. Support company Mission, Vision, and Values as part of the team. Attend required training sessions andcomplywith all company policies and procedures. Education & Experience Priormanufacturingand machine operator experiencerequired. Experienceoperatinga press brake or metal fabrication equipment strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings. Knowledge of metal manufacturing materials and fabrication processes. Ability to learnadditionalproduction machinery as needed. Manufacturing plant environment with exposure to extreme hot/cold temperatures, loud noise, dust, uneven walking surfaces, and machine-related hazards. Required PPE includes safety glasses, earplugs, andsteel ‑ toeorcomposite ‑ toeboots;additionalPPE provided as needed. Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and working with hands to handle materials and equipment. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling. Regularlylift upto 20lbsand occasionallylift upto 75 lbs. Mustpossessvisual abilities including close, distance, peripheral, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
