• Meet with buyer and seller appointments generated and scheduled by our team.

• Consult with homeowners about selling their homes and help them determine the best strategy for their situation.

• Help buyers identify, evaluate, and purchase the right home.

• Conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations.

• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements.

• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients.

• Maintain consistent communication with buyers and sellers throughout the process.

• Follow up quickly with opportunities and appointments provided to you.

• Work closely with our inside sales and administrative teams.

• Keep client and transaction information current in our CRM.

• Follow our proven sales, follow-up, and client-service systems.

• Attend sales training, coaching, role-play, and team meetings.

• Deliver a high level of service that earns repeat business, referrals, and 5-star reviews.

• Spend your time doing what great real estate agents do best: meeting with clients, solving problems, negotiating, and selling homes.

• Active Tennessee real estate license required.

• Previous real estate sales experience strongly preferred.

• Experience working directly with buyers and/or sellers.

• Comfortable conducting buyer consultations and listing presentations.

• Working knowledge of the MLS, CMAs, purchase agreements, offers, and real estate transactions.

• Strong communication and people skills.

• Confident negotiating and asking for the business.

• Responsive and willing to follow up quickly.

• Organized and able to manage multiple active clients and transactions.

• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system.

• Comfortable being held accountable to activity and performance standards.

• Positive, professional, and client-focused.

• Motivated by opportunity and willing to put in the work required to succeed.

• No cold-calling expertise required. We generate opportunities and book buyer and seller appointments for our agents.

• Must have sold 10 homes in the last 12 months to qualify for bonus.
