Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Maintenance And Repair to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Plumbing and Electrical knowledge

We are a limited service Hotel located in Des Moines, IA. We would expect the candidate to be able to travel to couple other locations that is owned by the same ownership group within 15 miles.
