Location: Westfield, IN (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $21.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Contract: Through August 2, 2027

We're hiring Operator I professionals to support the production of life-saving medical devices in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. If you have assembly or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a quality-focused setting, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, repair, and test medical devices including pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components.
• Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize electronic data collection systems and basic computer applications.
• Handle small parts with precision in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with small components.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards.

Work Environment:

• Cleanroom/medical device manufacturing environment.
• Strict gowning and dress code requirements.
