Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a part-time weekend RN Case Manager to provide skilled nursing care and manage individualized care plans for hospice patients in Snohomish County. The role emphasizes compassionate end-of-life support and coordination with the hospice team. Ideal candidates hold a WA RN license, BLS certification, and have home health or hospice experience.
