Accounting & Finance Recruiter

Role Overview CFS is hiring a full-desk Executive Recruiter. The role is a sales representative responsible for obtaining new clients, maintaining existing accounts, recruiting and interviewing top accounting and finance talent, matchmaking professionals with opportunities, and building long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. Ideal Candidate Backgrounds Recruiters, staffing, or business development from a generalist, administrative, or industrial staffing firm Sales Development Reps who want to manage the entire sales process Experience in B2B and service sales Retail sales and management experience Collegiate athletes and coaches Teachers Admissions, career services, or alumni engagement from higher education Fundraising, development, or donor relations experience Hospitality, especially event and catering sales experience Accountants who want more people interaction and less time staring at Excel Responsibilities Obtain new clients and maintain existing accounts. Recruit and interview top accounting and finance talent. Match professionals with opportunities. Build long-standing relationships with accounting and finance decision makers. Connect with hiring managers and professionals, learning about various industries, and provide a valuable win‑win‑win service. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional experience. Driven, competitive, self‑motivated, and a team player. Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels of an organization. Strong social media, email, phone, and in‑person communication skills. Good sense of humor. Benefits Base salary $50,000–$60,000 plus uncapped commission; average Year 1 OTE $65,000–$80,000.
