Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

Serve as the focal point for coordinating and administratively handling complex or unique calls
Coordinate support services with other PODs
Serve as a contact for reporting maintenance issues to property management
Responsible for overseeing vendor repairs
Serve as local contact for IRS IT support matters
Conduct studies of support staff workflows
Monitor legal assistant work as a back up to ensure information is properly input into office related systems

This is a non-bargaining unit position.

The salary range indicated in this announcement covers multiple locality areas. Your salary will be adjusted based on the post of duty for which you are selected.
