About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Sustainable and Transition Platform Strategy & Governance team. This role is pivotal in driving the product strategy and overseeing regulatory, governance, and policy initiatives across the sustainable and transition platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for market intelligence, competitor analysis, and translating client feedback into actionable insights for product development. Key responsibilities include keeping abreast of market activity, connecting with client engagement leads to identify emerging client needs, and working with various teams to deliver a successful product governance framework. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in research, market intelligence, or product strategy and development within the financial services sector, particularly in the EMEA cross-border fund marketplace. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, commercial awareness of market dynamics, and a solid understanding of the sustainability regulatory landscape. The role demands excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior leaders. The candidate should be detail-oriented, task-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a cross-functional team environment. Experience with large datasets, advanced Excel skills, and a preference for candidates with knowledge of the range of sustainable and transition products. The position is ideal for a professional who is adept at working across teams, driving projects, and is passionate about the intersection of finance and sustainability.
