Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)

Location: Vestal, NY
Job Type: Contract | Travel or Local Assignment
Shift: Night Shift (NOC) | 10:30 PM–7:45 AM
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses to support a large Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Center providing skilled nursing, rehabilitation, wound care, and memory care services. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys clinical oversight and structured night shift routines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for assigned residents
• Conduct assessments and monitor resident conditions and treatment needs
• Deliver specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia
• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and quality care standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC)
• Follow facility policies, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
• Complete required onboarding and online training modules within timelines
• Support communication and continuity of care across teams

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License required
• Active BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
• Acute care experience (Med/Surg, Rehab, Hospital) accepted
• First-time contract travelers welcome
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• High reliability and commitment to schedule expectations

Schedule Notes:
40 hours/week. Every other weekend required upon request. No medication passes required. Strict RTO policy applies—submit availability upfront.

Dress Code: Any solid color scrubs with closed-toe shoes
