Caring non-profit health system is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians in Texarkana, Longview, and Tyler (East Texas) — about 2 hours from Dallas and Little Rock. Warm, welcoming town and truly amazing people!

Compensation Package contains:

• Income guarantee, $265,000 / year starting base. then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people
• $50-75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment
• $2,000 month residency stiped

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine

• 8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs
• Schedule – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
• 100% Outpatient
• Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
