We're ready to reward you with an awesome pay plan, competitive bonuses and a great work environment!Candidates with direct experience working as a Finance Manager are encouraged to apply.Benefits:Great working environmentPaid TrainingGenerous incentive and bonus programsPaid VacationsMedicalDental and Vision insurance401KResponsibilities:Manage and generate income by leading a team of finance managersDevelop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetrationEnsure that every eligible deal is eContractedRehash all dealsTrack portfolio with lendersReview and inspect the flow of the department's paperwork on a daily basis to insure a timely turn around on all deals, as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department.Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealerships best interests as a wholeMake sure the finance department is properly staffedEstablish a weekly training schedule for finance managersQualifications:Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior automotive experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environmentCurrent, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Knowledge of ADP/CDK DMS system
