Job Title: Internal Audit Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK (Yale Campus)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Day Shift)

Job Summary

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining internal audit standards, policies, and procedures across Saint Francis Health System. This role leads operational, financial, and compliance audits to ensure effective internal controls, regulatory compliance, and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits to evaluate internal controls and workflows.
• Develop and implement internal audit policies, procedures, and annual audit plans .
• Monitor and track management action plans and ensure timely remediation.
• Lead initiatives to improve audit processes through continuous monitoring tools and data analytics .
• Stay updated with evolving audit standards, regulations, and best practices .
• Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, including federal audits.
• Oversee sales and use tax recovery processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage and supervise Internal Audit Analysts and support staff , including performance evaluations.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership, healthcare professionals, and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or internal audit
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Certifications (Required)

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
  OR
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
