What You'll Do As a Press Operator, you'll manufacture high-quality rubber components used in dairy equipment worldwide. You'll operate molding presses, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. Operating and monitoring rubber injection mold presses Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards Trimming, grinding, and finishing molded parts Following work instructions and safety procedures Recording production information accurately Keeping your work area clean and organized Working closely with teammates to keep production moving Assisting other departments as needed What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience—we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented Willing to learn Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or rubber molding experience is helpful but not required.
