The Position As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The role offers the opportunity to apply evidence-based practices while making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families. Primary responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver and oversee evidence-based ABA services to support client progress. Monitor and evaluate client outcomes using data to inform clinical decision-making. Provide guidance, training, and support to behavior technicians, caregivers, and families. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records. Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment focused on achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. Qualifications and Candidate Background The ideal candidate will have: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and care teams. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to clinical care. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and data collection. Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth.
