Job Purpose Our dedicated Fund Opinions (FO) group works with financial sponsors across a range of fund-affiliate transactions, including but not limited to continuation vehicle transactions, cross-fund transactions and other transaction-based valuation assignments. The team reviews the client’s transaction, analyses the applicable investment(s) and delivers fairness opinions and related valuation advisory services to assist its client’s transaction approval process and investor communications.
