We're seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at a state-of-the-art facility in Littlefield, Texas . What You'll Do: Direct and coordinate all plant operations to meet production goals and quality standards. Lead daily staff meetings, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. Drive continuous improvement in product quality, efficiency, and employee performance. Oversee audits, environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and respect across all departments. Who You Are: A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Dairy, or Food Science. Experienced in plant leadership within the dairy or food manufacturing industry (4+ years preferred). Skilled in team development, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision-making. Committed to excellence, safety, and sustainable practices.
