If you've succeeded in automotive sales, you already understand how to build rapport quickly, identify what matters to a customer, present solutions, overcome objections, and close.

GOL Security is looking for motivated sales professionals who want to apply those same skills to the residential security, surveillance, and smart-home industry.

No security experience is required. Automotive sales experience is highly valued.

We'll teach you the security and smart-home side. We're looking for people who already understand the fundamentals of selling.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll meet with homeowners and help them build customized security, surveillance, and smart-home solutions based on their property, priorities, and budget.

This is an outside-sales position—not a desk job.

You'll prospect, work company-provided opportunities, conduct in-home consultations, build relationships, follow up with prospects, and close new accounts.

You don't need previous security experience. We'll help you learn the products, services, sales process, and industry.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-based sales opportunity.

There is no base salary, draw, or mileage reimbursement.

We want candidates to understand the compensation structure upfront. This opportunity is best suited for someone comfortable being paid based on performance and looking for meaningful upside from their sales ability.

Automotive sales experience is preferred, but we're especially interested in people who are:

Experience in automotive sales, powersports, RV sales, furniture sales, wireless sales, home improvement, roofing, solar, pest control, or other commission-driven environments can translate especially well.
