Serving as the Lead Defense Travel Administrator (LDTA) and the Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the government travel charge card (GTCC) program. Providing comprehensive training support and execution of complex data analysis to the WSEC organization to ensure daily operations run efficiently and timely. Serving as an expert analyst engaged in the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness and major complex management processes and systems Applying comprehensive knowledge of administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents to administer significant business and administrative programs. Identifying and developing solutions to broad and important management and business problems where previous studies and established techniques are inadequate. Requirements Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Secret security clearance. A three year probationary period may be required. 3. Ensures compliance with agency policies, internal controls, and higher headquarters through effective oversight and accountability.
