What You'll Do As an A/V Service Technician at Realm, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Installing and servicing a range of hardware equipment, including but not limited to TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers. * Skilled installation and maintenance of shades. * Providing stellar integration installation support to our clients. * Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues. * Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape. Qualifications * 2+ years of experience preferred. * Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote. * Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field. * A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail. * Experience in installing high-fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment. * A track record of successful integration and installation support. * Valid driver's license.
