• All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year, which increases in increments with tenure. We also provide 3 days of personal leave, 6 days of sick leave, and 7 days of holiday leave per year.

Qualifications:

• You are a board-certified Pediatrician who is passionate about working with the underserved population and those who may be experiencing significant barriers to care. You want to grow a practice where you get to decide the plan of care.
• Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality healthcare.
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Comfortable working independently in a group setting while also seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including whether a patient needs a higher level of care.
• Possesses computer/technology skills to efficiently document using an electronic health record and conduct telemedicine visits, as well as communicating/meeting with colleagues virtually.
