Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities Provide day‑to‑day compliance support to internal stakeholders, including property and asset management teams. Review, assess, and assist in resolving compliance issues escalated across the organization, including remediation efforts. Analyze compliance data and testing results to identify trends and areas of risk. Draft, update, and distribute compliance policies, procedures, and related communications. Develop and deliver training on company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Evaluate compliance processes and internal controls to identify gaps or inefficiencies and support process improvements. Respond to regulatory, legal, and consumer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as needed. Assist in the execution of the compliance monitoring and testing program, including control testing across internal policies and applicable regulations. Support vendor due diligence and third‑party risk management processes, including risk assessments and control evaluations. Support the ongoing development and strengthening of the Compliance Program. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, real‑estate operations, or a related field. Experience in real‑estate property management, financial services, or other regulated environments preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis) preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.
