Our organization is seeking a Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to become part of a distinguished Women's Health Care Center located in Raleigh, NC. About the Practice

The clinical team comprises 9 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner, proudly serving women in the Raleigh Metro area for over 80 years. All deliveries and gynecological surgeries are conducted at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh (UNC Rex), a premier facility featuring a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for advanced gynecological surgeries. This role is ideal for a physician eager to join a reputable group in a thriving area and a leading hospital system, focusing on Labor & Delivery with several hospital call shifts each week.

Position Highlights

• Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and gynecological inpatient services.
• Perform emergency gynecological surgical procedures as necessary.
• Hospital shifts will take place at the University of North Carolina Rex Hospital in Raleigh, which includes a Level 4 NICU, specialized women's health physicians, and the da Vinci robotic system for major surgeries.
• This is a full-time role requiring 2-3 shifts of 14 hours each week, with one weekend of call per month.
• Part-time options are available with some flexibility in scheduling.
• The Hospitalist can expect to handle approximately 20-25 deliveries monthly.
• Call responsibilities are shared with another practice.
• Attractive compensation package along with group malpractice coverage.
• Comprehensive benefits package available for full-time employees.
• Sign-on bonus of $30K and a retention bonus of $30K for full-time positions.
