Product Manager 6 - Equipment Intelligence

The impact you’ll make As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades and end‑of‑life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross‑functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers. What you’ll do Equipment Intelligence (EI) is a suite of add‑on products, software, and services that are designed to improve machine availability (MA), green‑to‑green (G2G) tool maintenance and recovery, minimise the cost of maintenance and Install/Warranty (I&W), and assist with trouble‑sh‑ooting. In this role you will be responsible for creating and communicating the roadmap for EI development and implementation into all Etch products. Work cross‑functionally with GPE, CSBG, Business Development/Marketing, Engineering and Product Line Heads and Technical Owners Define the use cases and set priorities Maintain alignment of all organisations to meet deliverables to the roadmaps Who we’re looking for Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience. Benefits Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. “On‑site Flex” you’ll work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. “Virtual Flex” you’ll work 1‑2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time. Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range: $146,000.00 – $311,000.00. The above salary range is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
