2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 28.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:00am to 01:00am)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Repair, replace, and adjust machine components to maintain efficient operations.
• Complete maintenance documentation and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work closely with production teams to identify equipment concerns and support continuous improvement efforts.

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs independently.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.
