Safety Assistant

Cornerstone of Rhinebeck, a respected leader in the chemical dependency treatment field, is seeking a per diem Security Assistant to provide a safe and secure environment for patients, employees, and visitors. As a Security Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall safety and well-being of our facility, reporting to our team, and working closely with our staff. Responsibilities Patrol grounds and inspect facilities to identify potential safety hazards Monitor CCTV systems to detect and respond to incidents or emergencies Respond promptly to any security-related issues or concerns Transport patients as needed Complete relevant documentation and reports Demonstrate a strong understanding of security and safety protocols Collaborate with our team to ensure a safe and secure environment Requirements Prior security and/or safety experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid NYS Driver's License with a motor vehicle record history that meets Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network criteria for acceptable drivers (if applicable) CPR and First Aid training (can be completed during onboarding process) Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred Must be computer literate #J-18808-Ljbffr
