Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
$20 - $25 per hourABA Connection LLC
Responsibilities Providing Direct Treatment to children and families Collecting and inputting behavioral data Program implementation for Behavior Plans Behavior Plan Development and Revision as needed Collaborative treatment as needed with supervisors Comply with RBT Supervision Standards Comply with schedule to maintain company standard Qualifications Active RBT Credential by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Part-time status within the agency requires at least 15 billable hours per week Full-time status within the agency requires at least 32 billable hours per week High school diploma or equivalent (Required) RBT Certification (Required) Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage based on experience and credentials Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour RBT wages starting at $21/hr to $25/hr Job Type: Full-time Competitive pay Health Insurance Flexibility of schedule Mileage Reimbursement Business essentials and equipment (iPad, laptop, laptop bag, etc.) Free Continuing Education Units to maintain certification Yearly Bonus Highly collaborative environment Negotiable Contract Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Professional development assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr
