Job DetailsMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesClean and properly store Tablet Press ToolingDetermine condition of Tablet Press Tooling and recondition tools as requiredMaintain adequate inventory of tool polishing components and measurement equipmentMeasure and record critical dimensions of Tablet Press Tooling on Inspection ReportsMaintain Inspection Reports for new and existing Tablet ToolingMaintain tooling usage information on Tooling Tracker ReportEstablish and maintain required inventory levels of Tablet Press ToolingProvide training to the Tableting operations area as requiredUpkeep of tooling inventoryRequirementsAbility to perform all tasks defined above.Must have working knowledge of computers including MS Office applications.Must be familiar with all OSHA and GMP regulations.Ability to move about to accomplish tasks.Ability to perform mathematical calculations relative to job requirements.Ability to write and prepare business letters, memorandums and reports.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Ability to stand, reach and crouch.
