Pay Rate: $80k-$90k Yearly

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at a high-profile commercial property. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless property management, including financial oversight, tenant relations, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, financially savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering best-in-class tenant experiences. Must-Haves:

2+ years of commercial property management experience (not residential; must be larger-scale assets)
Strong financial skills (budgeting, variance reporting, invoicing, AR/AP)
Strong Excel skills (financial tracking, allocations like utility distribution)
Experience with Yardi or similar property management/accounting software
Experience with work order systems (Cove or similar)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams

Day-to-Day:

Support Sr. Property Manager with daily building operations
Handle AP/AR processing, invoice coding, and tenant billing
Assist with budgeting, variance reports, and financial tracking
Maintain tenant/vendor communication and distribution lists
Prepare reports (WIP updates, incident reports, tenant reports)
Support vendor coordination (janitorial, landscaping, security)
Assist in office operations (supplies, scheduling, admin support)
