• Floating Requirements: Rarely required
• Weekend & Holiday: As needed, flexible scheduling
• On-Call: One call shift per week
• Orientation: Mondays before start date

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care activities accurately and timely
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with safety and hospital policies

What You Need

• Kansas or compact RN license (or eligible)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• At least 3 years of ER nursing experience (preferred 5+)
• Strong clinical skills in emergency care and quick decision-making
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
