Marketing Operations Coordinator

The Marketing & Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting company growth, strengthening relationships with referral partners, and improving internal operations. This hybrid position combines marketing, business development, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. You'll help ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience while helping expand our presence throughout the communities we serve. Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional client service Manage social media, website updates, and marketing initiatives Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, property managers, and other referral partners Represent Cornerstone at networking events, presentations, and community functions This will require some public speaking skills Assist with SOP development, process improvement, and other growth initiatives Communicate professionally and confidently in all interactions Take ownership of projects and follow through without constant supervision Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and time management Contribute positively to a team-first culture and support coworkers when needed Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current insurance Why Cornerstone If you're looking for more than just a job, you'll fit right in.
