About the Role:
Mason Security Protective Services is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Miramar, FL. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily security operations, scheduling, and personnel deployment across client sites
• Serve as a central point of contact between field officers, management, and clients
• Monitor and maintain officer schedules, shift coverage, and attendance records
• Assist with onboarding, training coordination, and compliance documentation for security personnel
• Respond to operational issues, incidents, and last-minute staffing needs in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs related to daily operations and client accounts
• Support management in ensuring adherence to company policies, post orders, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Prior experience in security operations, workforce coordination, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of security industry standards, compliance, and licensing requirements is a plus
• Must be dependable, professional, and a team-oriented self-starter
