Responsibilities
- Train and guide new service administrators in call center procedures and systems
- Communicate directly with customers, including distributors, regarding service needs and updates
- Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues
- Issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and process service-related documentation
- Issue credits and process adjustments as needed
- Manage service accommodations and customer service resolutions
- Administer labor agreements and ensure proper handling of service-related labor costs
- Process and coordinate labor payments related to service accommodations
- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or service administration preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with customers and internal teams
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processing
