You will work alongside other leaders to drive sales, coach team performance, manage inventory and costs, and uphold operational excellence. This role is ideal for experienced managers with a background in fast-paced hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations.What You'll DoOversee restaurant operations, including kitchen execution, guest service, and shift leadershipManage and coach teams of 10 or more to achieve excellence in food quality, speed, hospitality, and cleanlinessLead and support opening or closing shifts while ensuring smooth handoffs and team alignmentTrain and develop team leaders and team members through consistent feedback and coachingMonitor labor, food costs, and inventory to support sustainable growthEnforce high standards of appearance, timeliness, and professionalismCollaborate with directors to set goals, analyze performance, and celebrate winsRepresent Chick-fil-A's values in the restaurant and in the communityWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of two years of experience managing teams in restaurant, hotel, or catering environmentsStrong track record of results in operations, team leadership, and customer serviceAbility to handle high-volume, fast-paced work with a calm and solution-focused mindsetNatural leader who coaches, holds high standards, and leads by exampleFlexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsCommitment to developing others and delivering excellent hospitalityWho Thrives in This RoleYou will excel in this role if you are a confident leader who takes initiative, thinks critically under pressure, and genuinely enjoys leading people.
