API Integration Specialist

Seeking an API Integration Specialist to onboard and maintain a growing list of direct API buyers through API integration. You will work directly with customers directly and internal functional team members. Our purpose is to make the API Integration as smooth as possible for all Equifax customers easy and enjoyable.

The Role

· Onboard new direct deal Equifax customers by integrating an API into a third party lead distribution software application (owned by the client)

· Conduct quality assurance testing of API integrations once completed

· Work with team members to troubleshoot API integration issues before and after launch

· Provide feedback to product managers to further enrich the efficacy of Equifax API Products & Services

Core Competencies

· Agile Experience. Familiar with agile methodologies and ability to dovetail into team working in a 2 week sprint cadence.

· Teamwork. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers.

· Communication. Effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers. You will be required to support clients with technical issues or verifying their technical integration

· Attention-to-Detail. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies.

· Multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of a growing API portfolio.

· Efficiency-minded. Loving coming up with new ways and automated processes to do routine tasks more quickly in the future.
