Associate Manager, Clinical Laboratory Study Management

Associate Manager role overseeing clinical laboratory study management and biospecimen handling across multiple therapeutic programs. Responsibilities

• Lead and support Clinical Laboratory Study Managers across assigned therapeutic programs and studies
• Partner with clinical teams, precision medicine leaders, laboratory vendors, and CROs on sample collection and data delivery
• Oversee operational planning and lifecycle activities for central and specialty laboratory services
• Monitor sample acquisition and handling activities for protocol compliance and informed consent requirements
• Identify operational risks, resolve sample-related issues, and ensure critical study milestones are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6-8 years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, or governmental cross-functional experience
• 5 years clinical trial experience with focus on clinical sample collection
• Extensive experience in clinical laboratory operations and biospecimen logistics
• Strong understanding of technical and clinical aspects of laboratory operations delivery
• Knowledge of clinical research, scientific principles, and emerging technologies
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and resolve complex operational challenges

Compensation: $98,100-$160,100 base
